Caramel Apple Pie Recipe

Cinnamon Brown Sugar Honey Butter

Readymade graham cracker pie crust

4-6 medium apples (half golden delicious, half red delicious)

Caramel dip/topping

Preheat oven to 425

Fill a large bowl with ice cold water, to hold peeled apples while prepping to keep from browning.

Melt 4 tbsp Chef Shamy Honey Butter in small skillet over Low heat, just warm enough to melt and pour.

Peel, core, and slice apples very thin. Layer in pie crust. Drizzle Honey Butter over every other layer, drizzing any remaining over the top. Pile the apple slices high, since they settle during baking.

Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then lower oven to 350 and bake another 30 minutes.

Drizzle caramel topping over top of pie after baking. Allow pie to cool before serving. Serve with whip cream or vanilla ice cream.

*Optional: also use this recipe to make Apple Crisp! Just top with oatmeal mixture before baking.
