Poke holes in outer skin of roast and marinate overnight in
Pot Sticker Sauce.
Roast the pork on spit in barbecue or on oven platter till internal
temperature reaches 170° F. (use readily available meat thermometer)
Oven temperature should be 350°
Occasionally throughout the roasting process, use basing brush
to coat the entire roast with Cherry Lime Sweet and Sour Sauce
Several times through- out the roasting.
Serve with green salad and
steamed carrots. Use Chef Shamy's Cinamon Brown Sugar Honey Butter to season carrots for the perfect enhancement. Add more Sweet & Sour
to sliced roast or pass around the table to use as condiment.
