Chili Verde Burrito

Baja Fajita Saute Butter

Directions:
Slow cook pork for 4 hours in crock pot or covered pot on stove, with water to keep pork moist. Drain water. Shred pork. Add 3 tbsp Baja Fajita Butter per lb of meat. Roll with choice of diced tomato, green chilis, onions, rice or beans in flour tortilla.
Cover with shredded Jack and Cheddar cheeses. Bake 350° till cheese is melted.
Serve with salsa, sour cream and guacamole
