Grilled Ahi Tuna Salad with Javanese Dressing Recipe
Prep & Cook Time: 15 minutes
Items Needed:
4 TBSP Ginger Chili Potsticker Sauce
1 TBL Peanut Oil
Juice from ½ fresh lime
½ lb fresh (sushi grade Tuna steak) 2 pieces
2 t olive oil
cracked red pepper corns
salt
mixed salad greens
diced tomatoes
pine nuts
Canned Mandarin oranges

Directions:
Combine Pot Sticker sauce, peanut oil and Juice from ½ fresh lime in shaker and mix well.
Flash fry tuna in olive oil sprinkling with peppercorns and salt, both sides (rare to medium rare) Do not overcook!
Toss mixed Salad Greens & diced tomatoes & pine nuts. Thinly slice tuna and fan over top of salad. Place mandarins around tuna Dress with Javanese Dressing
Serving suggestion: Great salad appetizer for any gourmet meal. Stand alone lunch or dinner. Serves up to 4.
