Sweet & Sour Meatballs Recipe
Cherry Lime Sweet & Sour Sauce
This is a standard for tail gate parties at my house but I have also served it as a main course for catered functions with Garlic Mashed potatoes and Lemon Dill Asparagus.
You can used frozen meat balls from the grocery for this recipe. This part will surprise you but the result will be: “These are the best meat balls I have ever tasted”.
Brown the pre-cooked meat balls in a hot skillet with Chef ShamyGinger Chili Potsticker Sauce (the perfect all-purpose marinade). Place in chafing dish and cover with Chef Shamy Cherry Lime Sweet & Sour Sauce. Too easy for words.
