Teriyaki Burgers
Prep Time: 30 minutes

Items Needed:
1 lb lean hamburger (or veggie-burger)
3 TBSP minced onion
3 TBSP Ginger Chili Potsticker Sauce

4 hamburger buns
4 pieces of lettuce
1 fresh pineapple (substitute canned sliced Pineapple)
1 Tomato (sliced)
1 Bottle Mandarin Pinapple Teriyaki Sauce

Combine hamburger with PotSticker Sauce and onion. Form into 4 patties

Slice pineapple into discs (rings)

Heat grille to high heat

Place pineapple on grille for 2 minutes turn and baste with Teriyaki sauce turn briefly and baste opposite side. Set aside pineapple and put burgers on grille.

Cook burgers on both sides till nearly done then baste both sides with Teriyaki Sauce. Layer burger bun with meat, lettuce, tomato slice and pineapple slice. Add more Teriyaki to taste.
